Meet Someone New
About the Show
Meet Someone New was created on a whim of me, Brad Kovach. The idea behind the show is to have an interesting guest on every week, and discuss their lives, and generally have an entertaining ten to twenty minute interview. Since this is a podcast, you can get automatically when a new episode is released. The plan is to record the episodes on Sunday afternoon and release the episodes as soon as the clock ticks to Wednesday.
Guest Information
All episodes are taped on my computer. I use Skype to initiate the calls and HotRecorder to record the episodes. Since Skype is multi-platform, you can be a guest no matter what type of computer you have. However, high-speed internet is required! If you have been invited to be a guest, but don’t have high-speed Internet, the episode will still be taped using Skype, since Skype can make calls to real phones, too. Audio quality is better when using a Skype-to-Skype connection, rather than Skype-to-Phone.
If you’ve been invited to be a guest on Meet Someone New, you need to contact me as soon as possible. These are the upcoming taping dates and the guest that is scheduled for that week is next to it. If the date that you are registered for will not work, please email me, and we can schedule a different date for the taping, before the episode’s release date. If you cannot tape for any reason, you will be replaced by the next person in the list.
