Thanks alot, it helped me to fix an anoying problem with Quickbooks 2009 in Windows 7. I might mention that I had to run the bat file twice, as an Admin to get ot to clear. But it did work great. Thanks again

2. GPL’d source code files must contain a certain text within in it in order to be GPL. so you are probably going to have to put it in REM statements. read http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
to see what text needs to go in.
to prevent angle brackets from executing, use a ^ in front of them, so you may need to modify the text a little to prevent weirdness.

does this utility need to be updated to work with windows 7? apparently there is a print fixit tool in windows 7. possibly this is something that should be started instead? I don’t know. can you still clear the print spooler in the same way with 7 as with xp or vista?

what about windows 98 and ME? I would like it to work on windows 9x/me (of course those OS’s usually just lock up).

I totally commiserate! The first time I used my super-awesome beast that grinds coffee and brews it and feeds cats and does the dishes, the whole household woke up to the sound of a table saw cutting through 3 inch planks of maple, i.e. the coffee maker doing its grinding thing. My wife and I leapt out of bead, our house guest stumbled off the sofa, the cats clawed their way over our chests, and the coffee brewed. I can live with the noise, kindof, but actually getting a strong pot of coffee with 10 “cups” of liquid is not possible since the filter cup is too small. Oh, also, as the coffee brews, the grinding chamber fills up with condensed steam which does not go away. You have to wash and/or dry the grinding chamber every time you make a pot of coffee. Don’t buy one of these things.
