I went to this movie t’other day with Tara. Now, it was’nt a bad movie, but it definately wasn’t as good as it could’ve been.

Ahem… Camilla Belle’s character Jill, was a dirty girl and got 800 minutes over on her cellularized telephone. Her parents grounded her for one whole month, and for some reason, a good punishment was to go babysitting. She goes babysitting, and this couple she babysits for is L-OOOOAAAA-DDDD-EEEEEDDDDD. Pretty much the nicest house in a movie that I’ve ever seen. One feature of the house was that it had lights that automatically turned on when you entered a room. Sneaky and clever!
So, Jill has relationship problems. Her boyfriend and her best (ha) friend kissed and she’s all moody. Of course she gets calls from all her friends while at the house. Mysteriously, a prank caller keeps poking in and just breaths real heavy. For about an hour, the director wasted my time by never ending this phone call maddness. Yeah, we get it, he’s a perv and he wants to kill you. However, Jill’s slutty sex-worker friend comes over and spooks her. She tries to drink the house’s alcohol but Jill runs her off because the emotions are too great, or something like that. Anyway, her friend leaves and there is a branch in front of the gate. Of course, she gets out of the car and gets slaughtered.
Jill, crafty, resourceful, and hot, makes a conclusion about the prank calls: they’re not from her friends. She calls the police. They say that if she can keep the bad guy on the phone for a minute, the phone company will trace it, and if the killa is on a cell phone, tell where he is. Well it took about 30 minutes of screentime for her to get the minute call time with the killa.
Just like that, the police call, and she starts yelling “Leave me alone,” because she’s freaked out because Mr. Bad Guy just told her that he wants her blood.
So she figures out where he is (due to the automatic lighting), hides in the terrarium, and gets menaced by the bad guy while he is on the walk above the pond she’s in. You see, she was hiding under the walkway. Oh, she sees the housekeeper under the water, here too.
She runs out of the terrarium and he attacks her, and ultimately, she wins by stabbing his hand with a fire poker.
