Let me document my birthday activities

Thursday: Field trip to the Four Seasons Hotel and Resort in Jackson Hole. The tour guide mentioned that it is the Four Seasons tradition to always say yes. So when I pointed out to Hope that the cookies they gave us were about 3 times bigger in diameter than the glasses of milk, Mrs. Tour Guide should’ve been fired, because she said the dreaded “NoOo.”

Friday: Did nothing except work on The Corral Motel’s website. It was exciting because I GOT IT DONE! Then, Brian, my brother, wanted to take his test for the commercial driver’s license (CDL for short). I was going to take the learner’s permit test on that same day. I needed information on what I needed which I learned was Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, and a pint of virgin blood. I skimmed the Rules of the Road book twice, went to buy a chocolatte, came back and read the rules book again. After a total of 3 hours, we left with 10 mins to go home, come back, take the test, and leave. It didn’t happen.

Saturday: Did nothing, again. Went to Scott’s, DJed on his iPod while Brian and he played pool, took Scott home with us, watched The Interpretter (note to self: don’t watch again), and went to bed.

Sunday: Drive, with family, Scott and BLT to Idaho Falls. I played The Sims 2 on the way there. 3 Sims were taken by social services (THANK GOD!! THOSE KIDS WERE completely rotten) When we got there, the fun began. Mom and Dad needed to go to Home Cheapo and, uh, buy stuff. Here’s my shopping list for the rest of the trip:

  • Radio Shack Noise Cancelling Headphones – Radio Shack – $62 w/ accidental insurance policy and batteries. $50 without.
  • Ratchet: Deadlocked – Best Buy – $40

Other Loot:

  • Brian bought me a Idaho Lottery Scratch Ticket. I won 3 bucks and cashed them in for 3 more tickets. First scratch: nuthin’. Second Scratch: Nothin’ Third Scratch: $26 bucks! That rocked.
  • Jessie got me a funny birthday card and a Circuit City gift card.

To close out the fun, we went home and watched The Incredibles on BLT all the way home. Kim made delicious Virgin Strawberry Daquiris.

The end.
